RAIL SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO 9 OF 2006) - SECT 170

Compliance with safety management system requirements not required until old accreditations expire

Despite anything to the contrary in Division 4 of Part 3, a rail operator who holds an accreditation referred to in section 168 or 169 is not required to comply with that Division while an accreditation referred to in those sections has not expired.
