RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 45 OF 2018) - SECT 118

    (1)     In section 142A of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for "owner" substitute "operator";

        (b)     for "owner's" substitute "operator's".

    (2)     For the penalty at the foot of section 142A of the Principal Act substitute —

"Penalty:         60 penalty units.".
