RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 45 OF 2018) - SECT 149

Sections 174, 175, 176, 177 and 178 amended

    (1)     At the foot of section 174 of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

This section is a duty provision and a contravention of this section may be dealt with as a breach of a duty under Part 5 and other provisions of this Act.".

    (2)     At the foot of section 175 of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

This section is a duty provision and a contravention of this section may be dealt with as a breach of a duty under Part 5 and other provisions of this Act.".

    (3)     At the foot of section 176 of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

This section is a duty provision and a contravention of this section may be dealt with as a breach of a duty under Part 5 and other provisions of this Act.".

    (4)     At the foot of section 177 of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

This section is a duty provision and a contravention of this section may be dealt with as a breach of a duty under Part 5 and other provisions of this Act.".

    (5)     At the foot of section 178 of the Principal Act insert —

" Note

This section is a duty provision and a contravention of this section may be dealt with as a breach of a duty under Part 5 and other provisions of this Act.".
