RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 45 OF 2018) - SECT 196
Site tenant may complain to Director about excessive rent
After section 206W(4) of the Principal Act insert —
"(5) This section does not apply to a rent
increase of a fixed amount under section 206SA(1)(a).".
