RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 45 OF 2018) - SECT 200

Site owner's liability for electricity, gas and water charges

    (1)     After section 206ZF(a) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(ab)     all rates, taxes or charges payable under any Act other than charges payable by the site tenant under this Division;".

    (2)     In section 206ZF(d) of the Principal Act, for "services." substitute "services;".

    (3)     After section 206ZF(d) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(e)     any prescribed fees and charges.".
