RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 45 OF 2018) - SECT 28

    (1)     In section 38(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for "tenant" substitute "renter";

        (b)     for "tenancy agreement" (where twice occurring) substitute "residential rental agreement".

    (2)     In section 38(2) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for "tenancy agreement" substitute "residential rental agreement";

        (b)     for "31(2) or (3)" substitute "31(3)".
