RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 45 OF 2018) - SECT 314

    (1)     In section 479(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (ab), for "321C;" substitute "321C.";

        (b)     paragraph (b) is repealed .

    (2)     In section 479(3) of the Principal Act, for "tenant" substitute "renter".
