RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 45 OF 2018) - SECT 91
Limit on rent in advance
(1) In section 99 of the Principal Act, for
"owner" substitute "operator".
(2) For the penalty at the foot of section 99 of
the Principal Act substitute —
"Penalty: 60 penalty units.".
