SPENT CONVICTIONS ACT 2021 (NO. 13 OF 2021) - SECT 24
Obtaining spent conviction information by fraud or dishonesty
A person must not obtain information relating to a spent conviction by fraud
or dishonesty.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
