SPENT CONVICTIONS ACT 2021 (NO. 13 OF 2021) - SECT 4

This Act binds the Crown—

        (a)     in right of the State of Victoria; and

        (b)     to the extent that the legislative power of the Parliament permits, in all its other capacities.
