SUSTAINABLE FORESTS TIMBER AMENDMENT (TIMBER HARVESTING SAFETY ZONES) ACT 2022 (NO. 31 OF 2022) - SECT 12
Offence to threaten or abuse an authorised officer
For the penalty at the foot of section 87 of the
Sustainable Forests (Timber) Act 2004 substitute —
"Penalty: 120 penalty units or 12 months imprisonment.".
