SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 100

    (1)     The DPP must apply to the Supreme Court for review of a detention order—

        (a)     not later than one year after it was first made or any earlier first review date specified in the order; and

        (b)     after that, at intervals of not more than one year or any shorter intervals specified in the order.

    (2)     An application is not required to be made under subsection (1) if, at the time for review of the detention order—

        (a)     an application has been made under section 71 to renew the detention order; and

        (b)     the application under section 71 has not been withdrawn.
