SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 119

Conduct of appeal and powers to consider new evidence

    (1)     Sections 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132 and 133 (with any necessary modifications) apply to the hearing of an appeal under this Division.

    (2)     In considering an appeal under this Part, the Court of Appeal may—

        (a)     consider new evidence that is relevant to the application; and

        (b)     direct the Secretary to provide a new assessment report or progress report in respect of the offender.
