SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 123

    (1)     Any person affected by a decision of the court under Division 1 of Part 19 may appeal to the Court of Appeal against that decision.

    (2)     On an appeal under subsection (1), the Court of Appeal may make any order that a court may make under Division 1 of Part 19.
