SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 124

Exclusion of evidence from disclosure

A court in which an application under this Act (other than Part 12) is commenced may by order exclude evidence from disclosure to an offender if the court is satisfied that—

        (a)     it is in the public interest not to disclose it to the offender; and

        (b)     the material cannot be suitably redacted or communicated to the offender in a way that would not prejudice the public interest; and

        (c)     the making of the order would not lead to significant unfairness to the offender.
