SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 152

Authority must notify Secretary of certain matters

If the Authority grants permission under section 151 to an offender, the Authority, within 7 working days after granting the permission, must notify the Secretary setting out details of the permission granted.
