SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 165

Immediately before a search or a seizure under section 163 is carried out, a police officer must inform the offender that—

        (a)     the search or seizure (as the case requires) is to occur; and

        (b)     reasonable force may be used to assist in the conduct of the search or seizure.
