Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A supervision officer may at any time take photographs of an offender residing at a residential facility for the purposes of identifying the offender or of completing records concerning the offender.
(2) A supervision officer may give to the offender all necessary instructions to ensure the taking of accurate photographs.
