SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 208

Officers to be subject to direction

    (1)     A community corrections officer who manages the offender is subject to the direction of the Commissioner.

    (2)     A specified officer who assists in the management of the offender is subject to the direction of the Commissioner.
