SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 211

Definitions

In this Division—

"drug of dependence" has the same meaning as in the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 ;

"officer" means—

        (a)     in the case of an offender directed to reside at a residential facility, a supervision officer; or

        (b)     in the case of an offender directed to reside at a residential treatment facility, a supervision officer; or

        (c)     in the case of an offender directed to reside at any other place, a community corrections officer or a specified officer who has the day to day management of the offender.
