SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 246
Proceeds of sale or disposal to be paid into Consolidated Fund
Subject to an order to the contrary under section 245, any amount
received from the sale or disposal of seized things under this Part must
be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
