SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 253

Commissioner may authorise employee to exercise powers of officer

The Commissioner may, by instrument, authorise a specified employee of the Department of Justice and Regulation, or an employee holding a specified position in the Department of Justice and Regulation, to exercise the powers of an officer (other than a police officer) under this Part.
