Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The DPP must notify the Secretary as soon as practicable after an indefinite sentence is imposed on an offender who is subject to a supervision order.
(2) As soon as practicable after being notified under subsection (1), the Secretary must give notice of the indefinite sentence and of its effect on the supervision order to the Authority.
