SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 275

Provision of treatment and supervision plan to Authority and responsible agencies

If the court imposes an intensive treatment and supervision condition on a supervision order, the Secretary must give a copy of each treatment and supervision plan filed with the court to—

        (a)     the Authority; and

        (b)     all responsible agencies.
