SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 286

Sharing information with responsible person

The Secretary may disclose to a responsible person who is a guardian of an offender or who is otherwise legally responsible for the care of an offender any information in respect of the offender obtained by the Secretary in carrying out a function under this Act.
