SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 302

Member may act on behalf of Authority

(1) If the Authority has heard and determined a matter, a member of the Authority may sign and issue all necessary orders and documents relating to that matter on behalf of the Authority.

(2) An order or a document signed under subsection (1) has effect as if it were signed by all the members of the Authority.
