SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 324

    (1)     A security officer who seizes any thing under this Division must as soon as practicable report the seizure to the Commissioner.

    (2)     The Commissioner must record details of the seizure reported under subsection (1) in the register referred to in section 238.
