SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 345

Delegation by Secretary

The Secretary may, by instrument, delegate to any employee of the Department of Justice and Regulation any of the Secretary's powers and functions under this Act other than this power of delegation.
