SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 346

Delegation by Commissioner

The Commissioner may, by instrument, delegate to any employee of the Department of Justice and Regulation any of the Commissioner's powers and functions under this Act other than this power of delegation.
