SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 347

Grants by Minister

Out of money made available for the purpose, the Minister may make grants to organisations which, in the Minister's opinion—

        (a)     promote the welfare of offenders subject to an order under this Act; or

        (b)     provide treatment or help of any other kind for offenders subject to an order under this Act.
