SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 362

In section 3 of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 , for paragraph (la) of the definition of law enforcement agency substitute —

    "(la)     the Post Sentence Authority continued in existence by section 290 of the Serious Offenders Act 2018 ; or".
