SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 366

For section 8(2)(aa) of the Surveillance Devices Act 1999 substitute —

    "(aa)     the installation, use or maintenance of a tracking device in accordance with an order made under the Serious Offenders Act 2018 ; or".
