Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the conditions of an interim supervision order are suspended during any time spent in custody on remand, serving a custodial sentence, in detention subject to an emergency detention order or in immigration detention during the period of the interim supervision order.
(2) The conditions of an interim supervision order are not suspended during a period when the offender is released on parole.
