SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 (NO. 27 OF 2018) - SECT 60

    (1)     As soon as practicable after the making of an order under section 58, the Secretary must give a copy of the order to—

        (a)     the Authority; and

        (b)     the Adult Parole Board if the offender is serving a custodial sentence when the order is made.

    (2)     If the offender commences serving a custodial sentence before the expiry or revocation of the interim supervision order as extended by an order under section 58, the Secretary must give as soon as practicable a copy of the order under section 58 to the Adult Parole Board.

Part 5—Detention orders
