A warrant to detain—
(a) authorises the person to whom it is directed to break, enter and search any place where the person named in the warrant is suspected to be; and
(b) directs and authorises the person to whom it is directed to take and safely convey the person named in the warrant to a prison and there to deliver the person to the officer in charge of the prison; and
(c) directs and authorises the Secretary or any other person into whose custody the person named in the warrant is transferred to receive that person into custody and safely keep that person—
(i) for the period specified, or in the circumstances described, in the warrant; or
(ii) until that
person is otherwise removed or discharged from custody by due course of law.
