SUMMARY OFFENCES AMENDMENT (UPSKIRTING) ACT 2007 (NO. 49 OF 2007) - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is to amend the Summary Offences Act 1966 so as to—

        (a)     make it an offence in certain circumstances to observe, or capture or distribute visual images of, the genital or anal region of a person's body; and

        (b)     confer power for the issuing of search warrants.
