STATE TAXATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 36 OF 2010) - SECT 5
Interim payment of duty
After section 30(7) of the Duties Act 2000 insert —
"(8) This section does not apply in respect of a
dutiable transaction if duty is paid using the on-line duty payment system.".
