STATE TAXATION ACTS FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 84 OF 2008) - SECT 18

In section 23(2) of the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 , after "made" insert "unless,     at the time the decision was made, all the facts and circumstances affecting whether a first home owner grant was payable to the applicant in respect of whom the decision was made were not fully and truly disclosed to the Commissioner".
