STATE TAXATION ACTS FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 84 OF 2008) - SECT 2

    (1)     This Act (other than Division 3 of Part 2, Division 1 of Part 3 and Part 4) comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     Division 1 of Part 3 is deemed to have come into operation on 14 October 2008.

    (3)     Division 3 of Part 2 (other than section 11(3)) and Division 1 of Part 4 come into operation on 1 January 2009.

    (4)     Division 2 of Part 4 comes into operation on 1 July 2009.

    (5)     Section 11(3) and Division 3 of Part 4 come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.
