STATE TAXATION ACTS FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 84 OF 2008) - SECT 32

    (1)     In sections 92(1)(a), 92(1A)(a) and 92(2)(a) of the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 , after "sale" insert "and the amount of duty paid to the Commissioner of State Revenue under the Duties Act 2000 ".

    (2)         Sections 92(1)(b), 92(1A)(b) and 92(2)(b) of the     Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 are     repealed .
