STATE TAXATION ACTS FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 83 OF 2009) - SECT 11
Unoccupied land subsequently used as principal residence
In sections 61(3)(c) and 61(4)(c) of the
Land Tax Act 2005 , for "Part" (wherever occurring) substitute
"Division".
