Name change of Department of the Commonwealth

In sections 25(d), 26(c) and 67(1A)(d) of the Sex Work Act 1994 , for "Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Ethnic Affairs" substitute "Department of Immigration and Citizenship of the Commonwealth".
