SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 62

New section 27 inserted

After section 26 of the Business Licensing Authority Act 1998 insert —

        "     27     Saving of regulations under the Sex Work Act 1994

Despite the repeal of the Sex Work Act 1994 by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 , the Sex Work (Fees) Regulations 2014 continue in operation as if they had been made under this Act and may be amended or revoked accordingly.".
