SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 7
Section 17 substituted
For section 17 of the Sex Work Act 1994 substitute —
" 17 Advertising that
contravenes regulations
A person must not publish or cause to be published an advertisement for sex
work services that contravenes the regulations.
Penalty: 40 penalty units.".
