SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 82

    (1)     After clause 3(w) of Schedule 1 to the Worker Screening Act 2020 insert —

    "(wa)     section 53H (causing or inducing a child to take part in commercial sexual services);

        (wb)     section 53I (obtaining a commercial benefit, payment or reward for commercial sexual services provided by a child);

        (wc)     section 53J (agreement for provision of commercial sexual services by a child);

        (wd)     section 53K (allowing a child to take part in commercial sexual services);".

    (2)     In clause 4 of Schedule 1 to the Worker Screening Act 2020 —

        (a)     in subclause (za), for "services)." substitute "services);";

        (b)     after subclause (za) insert —

    "(zb)         section 53L (forcing a person into or to remain in commercial sexual service);

        (zc)     section 53M (forcing a person to provide financial support out of commercial sexual services);

        (zd)     section 53N (living on the earnings of a person providing unlawful commercial sexual services).".

    (3)     In clause 44 of Schedule 1 to the Worker Screening Act 2020 , after " 1994 " insert "despite its repeal by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 ".

Part 8—Repeal of Parts of this Act
