TOBACCO (AMENDMENT) ACT 2005 (NO 45 OF 2005) - SECT 7

In the Tobacco Act 1987 —

        (a)     in section 5L(1), for "room" (where first occurring) substitute "enclosed room";

        (b)     in section 5L(2)—

              (i)     for "a gaming room" substitute "an enclosed gaming room";

              (ii)     for "rooms" substitute "enclosed rooms";

        (c)     in section 5L(3), omit "or has committed";

        (d)     in section 5M(1), for "gaming room" substitute "an enclosed gaming room".
