TOBACCO (AMENDMENT) ACT 2005 (NO 45 OF 2005) - SECT 9

In the Tobacco Act 1987 —

        (a)     in section 5O—

              (i)     in sub-section (1), for "rooms" (where first occurring) substitute "enclosed rooms";

              (ii)     for sub-section (2)(a)(i) substitute —

    "(i)     an enclosed gaming room; or";

              (iii)     in sub-section (3), for "section 5A, 5B or 5BA" substitute "section 5C, 5D or 5E";

        (b)     in section 5P(2), omit "or has committed".
