TRANSPORT ACCIDENT AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 71 OF 2013) - SECT 8

Amendments relating to the repeal of Part 2A

    (1)     Section 13(3) of the Principal Act is repealed .

    (2)     Sections 14(1)(c) and 14(3) of the Principal Act are repealed .

    (3)     Sections 27(2)(fa) and 27(3)(ha) of the Principal Act are repealed .

    (4)     Part 2A of the Principal Act is repealed .
