TRANSPORT INTEGRATION ACT 2010 (NO. 6 OF 2010) - SECT 162

The Minister or the Treasurer may, in writing, require the board of directors of a Transport Corporation to give the Minister or the Treasurer any information that the Minister or the Treasurer requires.
