TRANSPORT INTEGRATION ACT 2010 (NO. 6 OF 2010) - SECT 186

A person ceases to be a transport safety appointee—

        (a)     at the expiry of his or her term of office; or

        (b)     if he or she resigns in accordance with section 187; or

        (c)     if he or she ceases to hold office under section 188; or

        (d)     if he or she becomes an insolvent under administration; or

        (e)     if he or she is convicted of an indictable offence or of an offence which, if committed in Victoria, would be an indictable offence; or

        (f)     if he or she nominates for election as a member of the Parliament of any jurisdiction.
